Сборник Thalamus III посвящён одноимённому фестивалю, который прошёл 1-2 декабря 2005 года в петербургском Red Club. В треклисте сохранён порядок выступления музыкантов. Спасибо всем, кто был там!

Пресс-релиз (ноябрь 2009):

КультФРОНТ, запустив длинные руки в музыкальные закрома постиндустриального прошлого, извлек оттуда неизданные записи проектов, принимавших участие в фестивале ТHALAMUS III. С тех пор прошло уже четыре года. Творческая направленность многих музыкантов изменилась до неузнаваемости, поэтому, как нам кажется, было бы интересным "вспомнить" и понять хотя уже и былое, но еще незнакомое.

Дежавю-пластинка THALAMUS III похожа на зеркало, где можно увидеть себя сквозь призму 14-ти композиций. Этот набор для души, как и прочие сборники от культФРОНТа, стилистически разнообразен. Здесь есть и умиротворяющий эмбиент, и тотально испепеляющий нойз. Релиз поделен на 2 части, каждая из которых представлена одинаковым набором музыкантов. После первого музыкального каскада предлагается своеобразный "звуковой флэшбэк". Как и в других ситуациях, этот возврат на пройденную орбиту, может оказаться даже более ярким, чем дебютное путешествие.

Напомним, в фестивале THALAMUS III приняли участие: Алексей Борисов, Bardoseneticcube, DMT, Неизвестность, Ganzer, 1g0g и Анна Журко, Говорит Радио Космос. В сборнике представлены композиции каждого участника фестиваля в том порядке, в котором они выходили на сцену.

Любителям материальных раритетов и тем, кто посетил фестиваль, к приобретению рекомендуются первые 50 копий этого небольшого тиража. В них можно найти оригинальные афиши фестиваля THALAMUS III. Также, для поддержания состояния дежавю, ко всем дискам прилагается важная "макулатура" с постфестивальными ощущениями его создателей.

The compilation Thalamus III is dedicated to the festival with the same name happened on December 1-2 in Red Club, St. Petersburg. Tracklist keeps the order of performances. Thank you to everyone who was there!

Press-release (november 2009):

KultFRONT has dipped its hands into the musical bins of the post-industrial past, and drew out of there the unreleased recordings or the projects participated in THALAMUS III fest. Four years have passed since that time. The creative direction of many musicians has changed beyond recognition, and that's why we feel enthusiastic to 'remember' and understand something which is already past and yet unknown.

The 'deja vu release' THALAMUS III is a kind of mirror in which one can see himself through the prism of 14 compositions. This set for the soul is just as stylistically varied as any other compilation from KultFRONT. Presented music ranges from pacificating ambient to totally sizzling noise. The release is split in 2 parts, each represented by same set of musicians. After the first musical cascade you're suggested to have a sort of "sonic flashback". Like in any other situation, this comeback to the traversed orbit may be even more fascinating than the debut travel.

Let's remind that THALAMUS III fest featured: Alexei Borisov, Bardoseneticcube, DMT, Neizvestnost', Ganzer, 1g0g & Anna Zhurko, Govorit Radio Kosmos. The compilation consists of compositions going in the same order as it happened on stage.

To the material rarities lovers and those who attended the festival we recommend to buy the first 50 copies of this small edition. There you will find the original posters of the fest THALAMUS III. To keep the deja vu state these discs also contain important 'wastepaper' with post-festival feelings of it's creators.
